How do I find out the selling estate agents on a property sold?

I need to appeal against the value an independent valuer has placed on my property for remortgage purposes for a let to buy mortgage, however before they look at it further, they are insisting on me obtaining confirmed prices of sold homes and currently rented homes for no further than 3 months ago, around the area of my own home. However, this is just proving too difficult to obtain. Although Zoopla list the confirmed sold prices on homes, they do not state who the handling estate agent were and even if it did, I am not sure an estate agent would worry about helping me out with confirming details to me. Does anyone know of anywhere I can find out this confirmed history and one that would be acceptable for a valuation to be re looked at?

    Difficult, the information is available on some property portals but this information is generally restricted to agents and advertisers only and is therefore not in the public domain. I think try visiting some agents and just ask!

    Websites such as Rightmove, Net House prices and Mouse Prices will provide information on property sold within your area. Alternatively speak with a local agent, or a selection of local agents and ask for comparative information on stock they have sold.
