This is an ex-council 3 bed ground floor flat with small courtyard garden bought by current owner on 'right to but' scheme in August 2002 for £58,500. Assuming max discount of £34k makes the market value in 2002 at £92.5k - now on the market for £190k! - Can anyone comment on current market value? Seems high to me given that it is on the edge of a council estate. No offstreet parking either.

  • The house is only worth what someone or the Bank is willing to pay for it, if you don't think it's worth it put in a lower offer or walk away.
