Irrespective of the property price, would you say there is a real desire for people to live close to the water?

  Great question! I think certain people are drawn to water and see a stream, river, lake or the sea as a beautiful view. I would love a house on the bank of a river or have a stream running through the garden. Water is one of the top ten views people wish for.
