Reports just out ion the press suggest house prices rose in March by 0.7%

We are seeing a slight decline in prices but a huge increase in transactions being agreed. What is happening in your area.

    Prices are stable maybe slightly dropping but houses are selling. I thi nk it is simple if overpriced a house will not sell. If priced sensible it will sell.

    Pretty much the same a bit up and down but sales are strong with prices holding or falling slightly not sure where they get the increase from as not the case from my point of view
