Will a brick garden house (20m2) increase the value of the property (terraced house) in Dagenham area and how much?

This is a hard one to answer, I Suppose if you had the right buyer who works from home then this space would be beneficial and someone will pay more for the advantages. Also if it is a fixed structure then do inform the council to find out if you would need planning permission etc.

I agree with above. I think if you have the room, an outside space for work, storage etc is a good idea and will add value in the long run. If you want to know how much value this could add, contact a good local estate agent for a valuation given the plans you have for an outbuilding. They should have a good idea of what buyers want and whether you would make money in the long run.
