Selling house quickly ?
How quickly can you sell your house? Can it be done in less than two weeks? Do companies who buy your house fast offer much? Is it better to go to auction? Cheers!

Selling by auction is probably the best way to sell quickly. I wouldn't touch one of those ‘quick cash house buyers’ with a ten foot barge pole to be honest, it is the quick way to sell but they will rip you off. You could just market your property at a low price, but if you already can't sell or don't want to go on the open market then consider auctioning your property. Just know that you might not get market value for your property, as most people at auction are looking for investment properties or a bargain price on a new home.

The answer is as quickly as you want. At auctions we exchange on the day with completion 21 working days after. Contracts via an estate agent can be done in as little as hours but even the quickest sale can take around 4 weeks. Companies that buy your house off you will often pay as little as 70% of market value and then simply turn it back to the market at the full price (the differential is their profit.) Generally auction is accepted as the swiftest way to sell. If you need any further help just get in touch.

Hello - I agree with the other two respondents, in that auctions and 'house purchase companies' are a quick way of selling, but offer little in the way of realising the true value of the home. We are a new Estate Agent in your area that specialises in presenting homes in the best possible way, and giving as much coverage as possible both on the internet plus through our network of contacts and developers. Our fees are extremely reasonable and can be as low as 0.4% leaving you with a bigger margin from your home sale. If you think we can be of help please give contact us.
