Property prices in DE1 area
I bought a flat in Drage Street in July 2007 for 149,000 Zoopla currently values it at 124,000 however just a month ago similar flats (5), in the same development, are offered for 89,000 presumably these are forced sale. Would these prices, if sold, have any bearing on the price of my property in the long run?

In the short term, yes it would have a bearing. In the long term .. no. You flat is what the market will pay. If you want to know what its worth .. pop in and speak to an estate agent
