Does Zoopla provide information on private house sales?

  If you're looking for sales prices - yes it does - I've just looked up my own house (which I bought in 1998) and I can see how much I paid for it! If you want to sell your house, you'll have to get in touch with an Agent. It's not easy selling your own property because you have to do a lot of negotiating and chasing chains, liaising with solicitors etc - not for the squeamish - Good luck!
