Value of village pubs

If a village lost its pub, how much (%) do you think house prices in that village would go down?

  • Hi, This is very tough to say, as it's a local amenity that could draw in potential purchasers. You would also need to factor in what other amenities are on offer within the location as well as the main selling points of the village to prospective purchasers to be able to determine the affect. Some purchasers may prefer that it doesn't have a pub, whereas some may, it's all based on personal preference. We hope this helps.
