Why would a sold price not appear on data when the sale took place more than six months ago?
A property that was sold 18 months ago approximately is not showing any recorded data for public view; why?

It can take quite a while for a property to go from an offer being made on a property to sale agreed through to an exchange and then to completion. Once this is all done land registry will be informed and finally the data will be updated and made available to web sites like nethouseprices.co.uk etc.
