Query on Inheritance Tax
I have used your guide for estimating the price of my mother's house. I live at this house and my mother has left the house to me in her will. Due to illnesses, she is now in a nursing home "to live there for her remaining days". I would like to know if your guide is based on selling price and inheritance tax. In other words, is there a difference between prices and if so, how can I find out approximately the amount, as I would like to plan in advance how much I will need to pay. Many thanks for your help.
