Does anyone have an idea what the actual market value of a 2bed/2bath flat is in the new build Medici block in Goodmayes (developer Bellway)?

    They are up for sale around £190k-ish....... But you could have got that just after the peak in 2007. So in my opinion a fair assessment for a £190k one would be around £175k. Bear in mind that each flat comes at a difference price due to views, what floor it's on, and car parking space.
