Covenants restriction and valuation?
A corner semi detached bungalow has got a public sewer on the site plot behind the garage because of which it is subjected to the following covenants: 1.Right of way. 2.No permission of extension within or up to 3 meters of that sewer. 3.rights of drainage. Just found out at the last stage of buying this property. I want to know how adversely this would affect the resale value and also the current value of the price?

It would certainly come up in the searches and this may effect the lenders position and also the purchasers decision.

It would only affect the value if you bought the house expecting to be able to extend on the restricted piece of the plot.
