  • Helsby is different to Frodsham, prices are lower as there is less infrastructure and no centre as such. Frodsham is an historic market town with decent schools, lots of shops and pubs and a railway station. Helsby has some of this infrastructure but values are typically 25-50% less than Frodsham. Anything closer to the M56 motorway also is worth consideribly less, so in Frodsham places like Overton which is set up in the higher parts of the town command a considerable premium.
