What is the market value of 54 Jersey Road, GL1 4DJ

The property we have looked at is something we really like, It has 3 bedrooms, a shower and a toilet downstairs, a small bathroom and toilet upstairs, kitchen an average size, has a big garden that needs a lot of work, it includes gas and central heating, they are asking for 140,000 for the property, not sure if the price is right, or are they asking to much? we are first time buyers, please help, we are confused, we need to make a decision very soon
