What is the cost of a 2 bed terraced on the Langdon Close Estate, 1 house purchased years ago no info or details. Is it legal for the council to price the house higher ...? A house on Arnold Street sold for £62,000 a Zoopla estimate was £86,000 for Langdon Close???
