What does non-conventional build mean?
What does non-conventional build mean and is the property mortgageable?

I think this is do with what type of material the property is made from i.e. brick, stone. I think it is possible to get a mortgage on a property that isn't conventional build - just a little more difficult. Feel free to email me.

A non-conventional build would be something like converting an old barn into a home or putting up a steel building and converting to a home etc. As for them being mortgageable, I cannot answer as I am not positive.
