  • Hard to say, but they will be on par with the national average. So with that in mind maybe a slight decrease before levelling and rising again.

  • Living in Guildford, I believe that demand is still high for family sized properties and one/two bed flats. Guildford has excellent schools and communication links so prices will always hold.

  • Guildford is and will always be one of the most desirable places to live in the South east, for this reason its housing prices will remain robust certainly over the long term. As with all areas of any one town you have to consider supply and demand, for example the George Abbot comprehensive on the nort east side of guildford is one of the most successful in Surrey, property is in demand around this area and in short supply. Prices will hold and increase even during tough economic times. I have 2 offices in guildford, one in the centre and the other in woodbridge, both have an increase of 9% vs last year on their average prices and both managers are confident that there will be little change to prices for the remainder of 2010.
