Dependant on area and quality of kitchens, bathrooms etc anywhere from £85,000 to £110,000. The best advice i can give you is view, look at sold prices on this website for simialr property that you are interested in but honestly offer what you feel is the right price as you are the one living there.

It depends on what you are looking for. You can get a 3 bed terraced in Guisborough from about 80,000 but it will probably need some work or updating on it so you would probably need another 10-15 grand for this. You can get some houses for about 90-105 that are quite nice and that have been modernised,
