Hi there, My name is Andy and I work for Romans Estate Agents in Fleet. We sell a lot of properties in the Fleet area and particularly find no issues when selling homes in and around the Linkway Parade area. Most people love this area because of the close proximity to a fantastic range of shops. Whether it be a newsagent, hairdresser or butcher that you're after Linkway Parade offers the necessities that you would need when in a rush and need to pop round the corner to pick up that one item you forgot when in the town. For families, it's a fantastic area for school catchments. At present, Courtmoor and Heatherside are the primary and secondary schools allocated to this area and are renowned for being outstanding schools in the Hampshire area. For 'first time buyers', you are not too far from the social facilities that Fleet has to offer. With a local pub just a stones throw away on Reading Road South, as well as a bus service that regularly will takes you to and fro from town, Linkway Parade is really good for somebody who wants to compromise a quiet area without being too far away from the young amenities that Fleet/Church Crookham has to offer. For the elderly, this area is excellent as the properties surrounding this area are predominantly bungalows. Therefore if downsizing from a large property over 2 floors, you won't find too much compromise on space as these properties typically have good sized gardens that if need be have the potential to extend and personalise. I hope this summarises the location for anyone that is looking to move to the area.
