What is typical price per sq ft for village property in Hants?

    Hard one.... A guess would be around 270 per square foot. But the area and property type plays a big role.

    I'm afraid it is almost impossible to answer. The equation doesn't really stand up any more and there is such diversity throughout the county in terms of prices that any 'average' is not a true refelection. Keep an eye on Zoopla etc for sold prices and as always the village pub, most people will know what there neighbours sold for!
