We have plans to turn our 3 bed linkdetached to a 4 bed semi. How will this affect house value?
We live in a 3 bedroom link detached property. We have plans to build a 4th bedroom and extend the bathroom but this will make us a semi detached. How will this affect the house value? Should we do it? Will it make the property more or less sellable? Opinions please!
