Historic sold house prices

I have tried Zoopla (which is great) but cannot go as far back as I need for sold house prices in the CT6 herne Bay area. I am looking for the average price paid for a 2 bed, 1 recep, detached bungalow for the year 1991. Where can I locate sold prices for that year? I have even tried Land Registry but can only go back as far as 1995. Can anyone help?

  Sorry, the records only started from 1995 on what was paid for property.
