I have a property with a leasehold running out in 3 years, can I extend it?
I found a nice property for sale, but the leasehold will run out in 3 years. Is it too complicated and costly to extend the lease in this situation? Online leasehold calculator doesn't work if the remaining years is less than 60 years.

You need advice from a good property solicitor. Try Georgina Calvey of McGrath and Co
