  • Hi z2_Nzg4MjU1cGpk, I haven't been able to dig up any figures relating directly to High Wycombe, but there are a number of predictions for the years ahead which could be applied. Statistics released by The Ernst & Young Item Club, which makes use of the Treasury's economic models, predicted that property prices in general will not rise this year, but there could be a 2.1 per cent increase next year, followed by a five per cent boost in 2015. Savills has also produced a smart map, which can be seen on the link below. This shows that for mainstream property in the south east there will be a 1.5 per cent increase this year, 3.5 per cent rise in 2014 and a four per cent climb the year after. Over the course of five years, Savills predicts that a 19.5 rise will be witnessed - this is in comparison with figures of just 4.5 per cent in the north east and six per cent in Scotland and the north west. I hope that helps. Scott
