How much lower roughly are house prices in the Horsham, West Sussex area to last year???
I currently rent a property and the landlord wishes to increase my rent, of which I wish to object, but wanted to know how much different the house prices were as this could be included in my argument

House prices haven't really changed too much from last year, properties have been selling faster and getting good money from about september last year til now, due to shortage of property on the market and lots of buyers more than anyting else. Hope this helps, good luck with your landlord!
