Disagree with home valuation

Hi, I wondered if you were able to dispute a home valuation of your property? It seems that in my area surveyors are basing their current valuations on properties where the owners have accepted ridiculously low offers due to having bought elsewhere or due to being on the market for a long time? Thanks.

  It sounds like they are worried about over valuing a property perhaps and they don't want to get it trouble.

  Speak to other agents and express your concern on your last valuation eventually you should find one that you agree with.
