One bedroom short than in original advert, it has been changed, will the price go up ?
Will this put the property up in value ?

It might simply be a miss type on the original advert, so price might not go up?

Surely if a house has one bedroom less, it will go down not up.

I would think that if it has one bedroom less than advertised, it would surely go down in value, as each additional room adds value to a property.
