How much would deposit be on rented house if bought?
My daughter and her boyfriend live in a rented property 1 Malt Kiln Cottage, Mere, Cheshire. If they decided to buy, how much would deposit be?

The deposit would be the same for anybody else buying the property which is normally at least 15% of the asking price this depends on who they get their mortgage with.
