My estate agent says house prices will drop 7% by Xmas. Do you agree?

House prices have fallen slightly, whether they will fall further, experts can only speculate. I think a fall of 7% before Christmas is unlikely. It is a possibility that there will be further falls over the next few years, but it will affect people in different ways, both positive and negative.
