Price of agricultural land per acre near Langport?

It really depends on the quailty of land is it pasture or arable, does it have good acess, water or power,does it flood etc, good quality land with good acess could be worth 10k per acre with pasture @ around 5k+ really its worth what you want to pay for it but always go for the best possible for the use you want it for
