Check what estimate Zoopla has on that property, check what similar properties have sold for on the street. Decide on what your maximum price/offer will be on the house and start offering below your maximum and start to move towards your maximum price each time it gets rejected. Hope that helps.

It would all depend on how many people are viewing, obviously the levels of interest can determine how far you can push an offer. Speak with the agent and try and find out how many people will be viewing.
