Hi! Littlehampton has certainly undergone some important changes in recent years - and this can only improve its outlook. There has already been substantial development along the river, with some lovely properties fronting the water - making it a popular place to live as primary residence, second home or as rentals. The answer to your question is always - location, location, location. Do your homework with the help of local agents - make sure you buy at the right price, check your rental values, do the maths regarding your investment - and you won't go wrong. Good luck!
