Personally I think they will, but that is my personal opinion. Others may disagree however if you look at the main factor of any industry, supply and demand, its obvious there are not enough property’s to accommodate the growing population so on that very fact, prices will continue to rise…

I am seeing areas perform very differently to each other. People are more cautious and though it's not all about the money (the house has to be just right) they are certainly looking for a well priced home and this means an average home at an average price sticks. It has to be either a great home or cheap... I don't see this improving for a year or two but after that prices will certainly rise in my opinion... why rent if it costs the same to buy?
