  • Hi, The major issue with a large new-build development is that the demand/supply balance is thrown out by a sudden influx of identical property. Buyers will have the pick of dozens of new flats in a modern development, often with cash incentives such as "deposit paid" for you, meaning if you own a "nearly new" property only a few hundred yards away, you may find it more difficult to sell. If you are still local to the area and would like to discuss your property needs then please do not hesitate to get in touch. thanks XanderMatthew Estate Agents
