Please supply the link which gave helpful advice re selecting estate agent to sell a property. This gave information on negotiating the % commission for sole agency

  I am sorry I do not know the link you requested. However, I have worked for estate agents for over 8 years I know that most of them will drop their fees to at least 1% if you say that one of their competitors will do it for that. I offer a full estate agency service for just £995.
