Tube extension London.
Can you tell me what might be the impact of the tube extension to Sydenham Hill on home sale and rental valued in West Dulwich, Clive Road, where I own a property? Thanks very much.

Prices are likely to increase since it will provide better transport links into central London and so appeal to daily commuters. As to how much they will increase, that will be dependent on the demand for property in the area which is affected by multiple factors so I'm afraid you'll have to gauge yourself (or ask for a more professional opinion) when you should sell/let your property.
