Where will property prices go re flats in South East London?

I went through 2 attempts to sell my flat from Nov 07 to March 08, flat at time had lease which was shortening. Have bought freehold since and done all major repair work, when in 2010 will be the optimum time to market it again?

    Hello. You've done all the right things by buying the freehold and doing the work. This really will help maximise your chances of a good sale. Things really do start picking up from January - estate agency is seasonal stuff!
