House price in new development in Islington?
I'm looking at buying a one bed new built flat in Arundel Square. However at 335k, they seem expensive. Can anyone please give insight into house prices in this area and if its a good price to pay. Thanks a lot!

An asking price search for new build 1 bed flats on Findaproperty for N5 and N7 area ranges from £215K to £320K. Whether or not the price is reasonable is based on your good judgement.

This part of Islington (Barnsbury/Holloway) is very expensive, so the quoted price seems reasonable. I doubt you'd find a more affordable apartment in that locality! The acid test is can you get a mortgage on it? In this climate of caution banks are not in the market of overvaluing property!
