What do monthly maintenance fees on leasehold flats generally run?

I am accustomed to the Canadian system where a condo unit shows it's monthly maintenance fees and property taxes clearly on the listing. Browsing leasehold listings I do not see this info listed, and not currently living in the UK I have no idea what to expect. This makes setting my budget difficult! As a general rule, if I were looking at one bedroom leasehold flats in the 200K range, is there ANY ballpark idea someone can give me of what I should be estimating for these extra charges beyond the mortgage payment itself? Really rough idea here guys - like, fifty pounds a month? Five hundred? Help!
