How do I arrange a drive by valuation?
I need to arrange a drive by valuation as I am the owner of a property in W9 but I do not have access to the property due to a breakdown in communication with my ex partner. Please advise.

You can arrange a drive by valuation by contacting an experienced local agent, which should be accurate to within circa 5% dependant on enternal fitments and decor, kitchen and bathrooms etc. I would suggest you drive around the local area and call an agent who has a number of sold boards displayed.
