Sold homes in SW London

Where can I get accurate information about past transactions (sold properties) in SW London? I am looking for: gross internal area, transaction price, time on the market, tenure (number of years in case of leasehold), decreases in asking price if any. Zoopla gives much info, but typically does not indicate square footage, time to expiry of the lease, and time on the market. Can anybody help? Thanks a lot

  • To the best of my knowledge transaction price exists in the public realm but the other information you need does not. Gross internal area normally ifsonly used in context with new builds, although increasingly agents do state this via floorplans. I'm afraid you may struggle.
