  • When you say anywhere, do you mean anywhere in London? There are many flats for around 80,000. Search Zoopla and Rightmove to get an idea of what you can get for your money.

  • I believe if you look in Middlesborough you can get a 3 bed terrace for sub £50,000, in London you are going to struggle for even a garage I am afraid.

  • Literally depends on the area. In London probably not a great deal, elswhere as you travel North flats through to terraces.

  • In the Brixton and Clapham area you may find shared ownership opportunities at this price, but otherwise ex-local-authority flats normally start at £100,000
