Best areas in london to buy?

Which are the best areas in London to buy property so that value increases over the next 2-3 years? I am considering buying a flat in postcode SW8 1HN. is this a good area?

    I would say Nine Elms and the nearby area as theres a lot of redevelopment going on around Battersea Power Station with a new underground station. And the location is so central just south of Chelsea Pimlico and Victoria. You just cant go wrong.
