  • The price difference would be small, if any difference at all. But the saleability could be greater on the end of terrace.

  • Can be a difficult one to answer, depends on the area and whether or not the End of Terrace has extra land etc and development can be had E.G off road parking etc which can add substantial value especially in London.

  • Are you asking because you are considering selling a property? if you are we can assist by giving you a valuation if you wish. My no is 020 8698 6000 if you wish to get in touch. Alternatively if you are looking to buyplease feel free to contact me. In answer to your question it depends on whether there is a difference in ternms of size,no of rooms etc. between the corner property and the propertys on the main body of the terrace.
