How do you put an offer on a house which is advertised privately?

No agent, how do you negotiate?

  • You would negotiate direct with the house owner if it is advertised privately. Unless you wanted to pay a solicitor to do the negotiations for you.

  • Speak to the seller and ask which way they would like to proceed. Present yourself professionally and approach this as a business transaction and you should be able to find a mutually beneficial way of moving forward.
