How can I find out the value of my property in 1991?
I believe that the property is in the wrong band for Council Tax purposes, but I don't want to shoot myself in the foot if it was undervalued (which I doubt).

1991 values are not readily available to members of the public. If there are similar properties in the road, check their banding. Otherwise, speak to a local surveyor.

The important thing is to speak to a local surveyor who knows the values. I can't help in this respect as this is not an area I cover.

I have been put as band F as my house was valued between 85000 and 120000 in the year 1991. It is a small 3 bedroom detached bungalow comprising 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room plus an attached double garage.
