What is the typical property price range in London zone 1 to 3?
I am looking to buy a flat within my budget and would like to understand the market rate at this point in the interested zone.

Property prices in the Zone 1-3 area of London vary from £40 million for large terraced houses in the centre of town close to Bond Street and Regents' Park with underground swimming pools and state of the art equipment to £60K for a studio in the Walthamstow area. There are also many properties in between with a newly refurbished 4 bed in Shepherds Bush costing around £1.2 million. A 4 bed in Stratford (home to the Olympic Park) costing £450,000 and ex-councils in Queen's Park costing £400,000 for a 3 bed terrace. A flat in the Shard located next door to tower bridge cost £50 million whilst in the Strata tower at Elephant and Castle you can buy a flat for £500,000. Ex-councils in White City can be bought for £200K for a 3 bed. Prices really range across zone 1-3
