Is it worth buying around the new Hub in Streatham?

I am looking to buy on the roads behind the new hub being developed in Streatham, would it be worth more or less in a few years. I have two theories but am not sure. I think the value could go up because it will become desirable but on the other the rush and new properties could also reduce demand for the roads around. Can anyone help?

  • The new hub in streatham is basically a large tesco supermarket , maybe a sports centre and a bus station. There will be no new bus services going to the bus station, it will just be the ones that go past that area just now. I don't know why this will make it a more desirable area as there is already a sainsburys and morrisons supermarket there but then again this is London.
