I would like to know what is a better investment.. is it good to invest in a house or a flat?

  • There are different types of investment. Long term investment, short term investment, buy to let, capital appreciation, etc. Will you be aiming for maximum rental yields, or will you be buying to sell. These are few of many questions you should be asking yourself. When you know what type of investment you're making, a house or a flat shouldn't really make much of a difference as long as the numbers stack up.
